We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unread condition
- Free of damage, markings, or writing
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads or e-books
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at evolvednlifetc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different title or edition, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at evolvednlifetc@gmail.com.
EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
